Refund & Return Policy

At LilacLush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:
 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and product boxes.
     

Proof of Damage:

  • To process claims for damaged or defective items, we request customers to provide a complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the damaged product, without edits or cuts).

  • This helps us verify the issue and process your request faster.
     

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or misuse.

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless damaged during delivery).
     

Shipping for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
     

Refund Timeline:

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
