Proof of Damage:

To process claims for damaged or defective items, we request customers to provide a complete unboxing video (from opening the sealed package to showing the damaged product, without edits or cuts).

This helps us verify the issue and process your request faster.
Non-Returnable Items:

Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or misuse.

Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless damaged during delivery).
Shipping for Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
Refund Timeline:

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 2 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 3–5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
